Well organized with an English speaking guide. The 75-90 minute ride was in an air conditioned motor coach bus that also had a bathroom, and waters were provided. The Lagoon ride/tour was on a well maintained pontoon boat w/shade & w/life jackets. The tour included some narration and a stop for swimming. The visit to the lagoon ended with a delicious taco lunch with a view of the water. This was very easy effort and relaxing.
