My husband and I (late 30s-40s) had a great time on this excursion! We don't typically book through the cruise line, but we really wanted to be sure to see the Pitons. We had heard that driving there can be difficult, uncomfortable, and time-consuming, so going by Catamaran was the best option. The boat was docked a few steps away from the ship, so no coach ride to get to it. We saw plenty of beautiful scenery along the way and pulled into a quiet little inlet to swim off the boat. Then we continued on to the Pitons where we dropped anchor and the crew facilitated everyone getting pictures of themselves with the Pitons in the background. While this was happening, they played fun music and the drinks began flowing! The rum punches (they also offered beer and sodas) got us nice and relaxed--and they were definitely NOT stingy with them! We had to turn down refills offered by the crew multiple times! In generally, everyone was smiling and appeared to be having a great time. We all returned to the ship smiling and pleasantly buzzed. The crew was incredible! They were all very friendly and really made sure that everyone was comfortable, got a picture of their group with the Pitons and the St. Lucian flag , and relaxed during the 4 hour excursion. It was well worth the $110pp we paid and is one of the most memorable parts of our trip.
